16th Amendment of the Constitution Illegal?
With the 16th Amendment of the Constitution Never Being Ratified, the IRS Should Not Even Exist! Americans Are Enslaved to a Voluntary Shakedown by Elites.
The surprising historical fact is that the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was never officially ratified.
This means that it was not approved by the required majority of states. It never passed and was falsely presented to the public.
Therefore, the Internal Revenue Service, or I.R.S., should not even exist! Another interesting fact to note is that the I.R.S. is not actually a government agency.
It is a private corporation, so you will not find any employee of the I.R.S. listed in official government records as being a government employee.
Furthermore, you could look at the I.R.S. as just a big collection agency that has been given pretty much unlimited powers to make collections on behalf 0f the government that employs it. Where does all of this information lead?
Well, it leads to the fact that the United States is not living up to its Constitution, and that by meekly paying taxes that are not legally required, its citizens are just playing into the corrupt hands of those who just want to take our freedoms and the fruits of our labor away and ignore the Constitution in the process.
Also, as Constitutional rights get shredded one by one by corrupt politicians in the pocket of large corporations and the banking mafia, citizens are increasingly finding themselves facing a police state where the common citizen is nothing more than a cash machine, owned and operated by the banks.
A slave society is on the horizon, and all U.S. citizens have to make sure that they are ready to hold their ground and defend their liberty against those who would take it away.
They have to vow to never permit such slavery to happen in their lifetimes nor in those of their children.
Bribes and Litigation Trying to Quiet Benson
Bill Benson, who has the proof that the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was never passed, has given up many of his rights in order to stand up for the truth about his research.
Basically, Bill made a detailed search of records in the 48 states that were part of the ratification process at that time, and he wrote about his findings in two volumes entitled “The Law That Never Was”.
He was able to prove without a doubt that the 16th amendment of the Constitution was never passed by the 36 states necessary for ratification.
First, he was offered a high-paying job and other perks if he turned over the documents he had gathered.
Now he’s been issued with an injunction and is not being allowed to present evidence.
Claims of Ratification were Fraudulent
Although the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was never passed, at the time, then-Secretary of State Philander Knox insinuated it was ratified by simply stating that the amendment was ”in effect”.
This fraudulent declaration puts the entire Constitution at risk, not to mention resulting in the direct taxation of citizens that was never intended to be considered constitutionally correct by the founders of the United States.
It is now clear that the U.S government is playing with its citizens. A ridiculous new law even says that those who loudly support the Constitution can be labeled as mentally unsound!
This is all part of the plan by the globalist banking mafia who pull the strings behind this corrupt government to degrade and ultimately remove our rights, throw out the Constitution as worthless paper, and create a police state where no one is free and that they control.
Would the U.S. Survive without the I.R.S.?
What would the United States do without the I.R.S. to collect taxes to fund its projects? Well, the proposed Fair Tax Law could be a workable solution.
This alternative would involve the federal government imposing a national retail sales tax that would take the place of the fraud-based Federal Income Tax.
Some claim that this kind of tax would result in increased economic growth as well as encouraging international businesses to come to the United States.
Now that you are aware that the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was never ratified, and as you observe laws go into effect that compromise your security and freedoms, you must not turn your head, but instead, speak out against this alarming trend.
Joining grassroots movements that have been successful in passing good legislation is another way to be effective in preserving your freedoms.
