Barack Obama and the Second Amendment
Barack Obama and the Second Amendment: Like Oil and Water.
A good indication of the ruling elite’s plans to enslave the general population is the relation between Barack Obama and the second amendment.
A criminal cartel of international bankers and industrialists is taking steps to incarcerate and enslave a huge part of the population, for which they cannot afford to meet armed resistance.
President Barack Obama has a long history of taking a stance against the Second Amendment rights for citizens to possess firearms legally.
Throughout his career, he has voted against legislation that gives rights to gun owners, and he voted for legislation that strips rights from those gun owners.
Barack Obama has since moderated his approach on second amendment rights, after he was seen to be a certain victor in the 2008 Presidential elections.
The election of Barack Obama and the second amendment issue have caused many Americans to worry about gun rights.
When in Illinois, Barack Obama voted against legislation that allows homeowners to use a firearm to protect themselves from intruders on several occasions.
Barack Obama has publicly admitted that he believes in gun control laws and that concealed handgun carry laws should be abolished.
“I am consistently on record and will continue to be on record as opposing concealed carry.”

For most people, this is accepted as evidence that Barack Obama and the second amendment are not allies, and so he is not an ally of the American gun owner.
Barack Obama even proposed a law that would ban all gun stores within five miles of any school or park, and this would effectively cause nearly every gun store affected to be forced into closure, or to an expensive relocation.
For these reasons, and from his record on second amendment rights, many believe that President Obama is strongly against the right of citizens to arm themselves.
People have found many points of concern about Barack Obama and the second amendment is probably the most important issue. Only an unarmed people can be enslaved.

In 1996, when Obama was running for state senate, a Chicago non-profit organization presented Obama a questionnaire.
Within it they asked him several questions, such as “Do you support legislation to ban assault rifles?” and Obama replied “Yes”.
Another important question was “Do you support legislation to ban the manufacture, sale, and possession of handguns?” and Barack Obama marked “Yes”.
Barack Obama and the second amendment can’t seem to get along.
Obama was very active in relation to gun control legislation in Illinois and his record appears to deviate from his recently stated position on gun control.
Is Obama tempering his personal beliefs on gun control in the face of public scrutiny and criticism?
Many believe that due to the public backlash against his obvious stance on gun control, he has backed down from the issue realizing it could destroy his political career, but what plans Obama has for American gun law seems easy to predict.
Considering the extreme views shown in the history of Barack Obama and the second amendment, it may be reasonable to be concerned.
Localized Gun Bans
Obama has been in favor of localized gun bans for most of his political career, and he has made statements in favor of those bans.
He suggests that Americans have two conflicting traditions; on one hand there are law abiding citizens whom have a long standing tradition of owning guns for various reasons.
On the other hand there is a tradition of illegal gun violence on the streets of the inner cities.
Because of this, Obama stated that he supports any communities decision to ban guns, or if they decide to crack down on gun sales and enforce strict background checks.
Obama stated that he supported the DC handgun ban for this very reason, because he believes that legal handgun ownership inevitably turns into illegal handgun crimes on the streets.
Renew Assault Weapons Ban?
Barack Obama has criticized the Bush Administration’s failure to renew the assault weapons ban, and has stated several times he would like to see that ban renewed.
Obama claims that he sees no reasonable or legitimate reason that a citizen would need such a powerful weapon, because it is not efficient for hunting.
Critics claim that assault weapons are not needed for hunting, but instead to protect themselves from government oppression.
However, Obama has consistently ignored the argument about protecting ones self from government abuse or tyranny, and continues to support a ban on assault rifles.
It would seem that the disparity between Barack Obama and the second amendment is ultimately caused by a complete misunderstanding about the purpose of gun rights.
Some principles that Obama supports on weapon bans are to ban the sales and transfer of any semi-automatic weapons, and to increase regulations on the possession and purchase of firearms, as well as to require manufacturers to put child safety locks on all of their products.
This is all in preparation for a completely tyrannical rule of a defenseless people.
