Common Law VS. Civil Law in America
Differences Between Common Law vs Civil Law Are Important. Find Out Why British Elites Still Have a Hand in Ruling Us Today Through Their Laws and Central Banks.
A war based on common law vs civil law is looming in the United States, and the American people are going to be the losers in the battle.
The elite have successfully, though erroneously, convinced Americans that only they can save us from ourselves.
To understand the conflict it is vital to understand the differences between the two bodies of law.
Common law is the entire system of laws that originated and was developed in England.
This formed part of the precious heritage that was bestowed on the newly independent United States of America.
Today, the basis of U.S. law is common law, and the U.S. Constitution is very much a document entrenched in common law.
Common law is based on previous court decisions, on the doctrines implicit in those decisions, and on customs and usages rather than on codified written laws.
Thus common law reflects the wisdom of ages and the ultimate repeatability of offences. Considering common law vs civil law makes it clear that the two are in direct conflict.
The conflict between them arises from the fact that history and accumulated wisdom of the courts creates common law, whereas civil law is imposed by the State, as in Ancient Rome.
To illustrate the conflict, take for instance the crime of murder; there is no statute against murder that you can go and read which defines murder and lays down the penalties for murder.
Instead there is the entire body of common law on which the lawyers and judges may draw which, in the ultimate analysis, find murder to be wrong and punishable by the weight of history.
Clearly civil law is far less fluid, a more rigid and easily manipulated form of rule.
The 9/11 Effect
Although the events of September 11, 2001 were horrifying, the mid- and long-term effects of those events on common law are just as damaging.
In fact, more so as the most notable thing about the way the government reacted to 9/11 was that they showed graphic proof that the leaders of this country no longer believed in the efficacy of the common law or the validity of the Constitution.
Although the events took place in New York, there were no interviews on television with the police chiefs at the NYPD asking what they were going to do about catching the perpetrators.
The events were instead wrenched from them. The following day the U.S. military entered Afghanistan, and used 9/11 as a pretext.
Hard Questions About 9/11
Americans have never stopped asking profound questions about 9/11 and they have never received satisfactory answers.
They want to know if it was an inside job to justify the military going into Afghanistan, where they have been ever since.
They want to know if it was an inside job and was used as a pretext for imposing draconian legislation on the American People.
During the battle of common law vs civil law, they don’t believe the government’s premise that extremist Islamic militants were responsible for the attack.
They want to know why the police and the FBI were not deferred to by the government following 9/11.
Congress Shares the Blame
The members of Congress who allowed draconian legislation such as the Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act, the amended FISA Act and other legislation will go down in history as being either weak or pawns of the global elite cartel behind the war on terror.
George W. Bush will go down in history as the elite controlled tool who demonstrated his revulsion against the common law that has passed down to the people of America.
This is what happens when tools are placed in positions of responsibility, and when political expediency and political correctness of the moment is allowed to triumph over the great tradition of common law in this country.
The battle over common law vs civil law will continue, and if nothing is done, we will reap the rewards designed by the global elite to destroy our country.
