Court Ordered Sterilization is Imposed on Individuals Whose Behavior is Deemed Unsuitable.

There have been cases in the United States where courts have decided that certain people can no longer procreate.

The courts have set precedents where it was felt that a particular person guilty of a crime should not be allowed to have children, either until their behavior changed or that they were able to provide for the children they created.

A major legal decision was made for court ordered sterilization in 1942 in Oklahoma, where the defendant, a man named Skinner, was ordered to undergo the process because he was a repetitive thief.

Looking at the history of sterilization at the time, Nazi Germany was paving the way for undesirable races to be exterminated.

The Oklahoma court agreed with that philosophy and felt that Mr. Skinner was not fit for society nor any offspring that he might have because it was felt that criminals breed criminals.

The case went to the Supreme Court over issues concerning the Fourteenth Amendment and due process that had to be given to a person before they could be deprived of any liberty, their life or their property.

It was apparent that no sterilization law that went across the board was constitutional, but the question was whether a thief should be ordered to be sterilized for his crimes of theft.

The court said the crimes did not justify the punishment because he was not a rapist and therefore the sentence was unconstitutional.

Growing Fervor for Eugenics and Forced Sterilization

Court ordered sterilization has been on the rise creating even more questions about the dismantling of the Constitution.

With the changing chemistry of the Supreme Court, it could become the norm.

Eugenics, which is the science of improving the human race by means of selective breeding, has been around since its inventor, Francis Galton, developed it.

Hitler firmly believed in Galton’s theory and we have seen the results.

Sadly, the United Nations and the global elite are pushing eugenics and forced sterilization to reduce the world population and they are not being shy about their intentions.

Once particular segments of the population are deemed unfit or unsuitable, society as a whole hits a slippery slope to destruction.

It is absolutely essential that we denounce these heinous policies before they are allowed to grow. Without outright rebellion, the world will see up to 90% of its population destroyed by the global elite.

Court Ordered Sterilization: Gov’t Shouldn’t Decide Gene Pool

No government has the right to decide who will procreate and who will not and in the United States all people must be considered equals under the law.

There is a very real danger in state sponsored eugenics and court ordered sterilization because they eventually lead to genocide on a monumental scale. Once that happens there is no hope for humanity.
