Federal income tax history includes the illegal placement of the county into a state of emergency, contrived to put its citizens into slavery to international bankers.

In 1935, President Roosevelt, by executive order gave himself the power to create federal agencies and to appoint agency heads. He then re-delegated his authority to make law to the agency heads.

In the Federal Register Act sited above, the president was guilty of a felony.

He had no constitutional authority to make law and could not, therefore, re-delegate his fraudulent authority.

In a well planned course of action he then handed the agencies which he created the power to tax the people of the United States.

This is clearly taxation without representation, being perpetrated by unelected officials illegally placed in service.

To say the federal income tax history is not all dark would be false.

At no time in the country’s history of taxing its citizens have the people been given the chance to decide if or how taxation would exist or be carried out.

The very cornerstone in the foundation of the country has been breached by criminal minds who, through their deliberate actions have put the liberty of the people on the auction block.

Making way for the Federal Register Act of 1935 was the little talked about Treasury Act of 1920.

This act suspended the de jure (meaning “by right of legal establishment) Treasury Department.

Part of the federal income tax history is the privatization of the monetary system of the nation.

The treasury department, in 1935, was turned over to a private corporation.

A document known as Parens Patriae “Government as Parent” was a direct result of the manipulated bankruptcy of the United States in 1930.

All assets of it citizens are held by the Depository Trust Corporation, a very large private company.

The IRS acts as the collection agency for the international banking interests.
