It used to be that the elite would have to go through a lot in order to be able to keep track over everyone. 

The FISA law of 1978 was passed in order to attempt to diminish the power of the elite by stripping the government the right to spy on American citizens domestically. 

The law made it so you had to get a court order before you could track someone domestically. 

The Patriot Act has overturned the nature of the FISA law of 1978 so that the government has unlimited power in being able to track citizens. 

Global positioning devices are one way in which the elite are able to track your every move, no matter where in the world you might go. 

Most every citizen has at least one device that is GPS enabled, that they bought because it is the societal norm to possess said devices. 

Most every car has a GPS system in the dashboard telling people where to turn, and how long until they reach their destination. 

The cell phones, that everyone wants, have GPS built right into them whether you want it or not and no one ever leaves home without a phone. 

Even sitting in your house watching television can be a way for the elite to track you through Satellite TV enabled with GPS to get better signal. 

All global positioning devices are capable of interacting with RFID chips which are becoming ever more present. 

Initially used to prevent theft, RFID chips were quickly turned into a great way to track animals as an experiment for future use in humans. 

VeriChip corporation has developed a RFID chip that can implanted into the human body which is the plan of the elite. 

RFID chips can record passively or actively and report in to devices enabled with GPS in order to update your movements when you are away from technological devices. 

Already in use in such documents as passports, RFID chips are more and more commonplace just like GPS enabled devices.

A Tracking Device in Every Human 

Just as in the past, the government promised a chicken in every pot, the elite are now promising a tracking device in every human.

GPS devices are everywhere. GPS enabled devices have already moved from homes to cars and from cars to pockets.

The next step in the plan is to implant GPS enabled chips under your skin so you can be tracked within limitations.

Controlling Movements 

The biggest problem with the elite being able to record all movements through global positioning devices, is the fact that once they know where you are going and who you meet with, it will be very simple to control your movements and interactions. 

People are already being told what normal is and what they must possess.

This desensitization can only lead to a dependence on outside bodies to tell people where they must go and what they must do.
