The computer technology available to the people of America is constantly advancing.

A high percentage of American homes have at least one computer, and many have more than that.

Likewise, a high percentage of homes with computers have internet access for the computers they own.

Whenever a person buys a computer, the computer which they bought is already nearly obsolete to the next advances which are released for purchase by the public.

With all the computer advances and the number of people owning computers, there are many companies providing protection for people’s computers and the information they keep on those computers.

The protection for computers includes programs for stopping viruses and other harmful programs from making home on your computer.

Also, companies are providing the public with PC surveillance software, so that people know what is occurring on their computers, they can directly install it or they can remotely install it onto computers on their network.

These types of software can be used to monitor what your children are doing on their computers or to make sure your network is not being accessed by other people.

Software

PC surveillance software is readily available for purchase by the public. People use this type of software for a variety of reasons.

Some people have good intentions and are trying to know what their children are doing.

Other people are paranoid and are trying to access the accounts of their significant others.

With the large amount of PC surveillance software available to the average citizen, a person would have to assume that the software available to the government and its law enforcement agencies are several generations beyond that.

A person should also assume that the law enforcement agencies can remotely install it on your computer.

You should keep in mind that the government currently does not need a warrant to invade your privacy and conduct surveillance on your activities.

The government does not need to find any evidence against you or even have reasonable cause for suspicion.

The law enforcement agencies have carte blanche when it comes to watching what people are doing.

People

Who is getting monitored? The average citizens are the ones who are getting treated like criminals.

They are the ones subjected to more and more monitoring and surveillance by law enforcement.

The average citizen is the one who needs to worry about PC surveillance software on their computer.

The politicians holding office in our government aren’t finding themselves subject to surveillance by law enforcement.

The people who are behind the operations of our government seem to be above the scope of surveillance, they are finding themselves victim to warrantless wire tapping.

For all the work of the people through the history of this country, we still find our society with inequality, especially in regards to the operations and decisions of our government.
