The Constitution of the United States

The Constitution of the United States is Being Attacked and Undermined; Freedom Ignored as Tiny Powerful Elite Steal Wealth From the American People.

The Constitution of the United States is a hallowed instrument of republican democracy and guarantee of individual freedoms.

That is what the Founding Fathers thought of it, it’s what millions of people who came to this country in the early days thought of it and it is still what countless millions of Americans believe it to be today.

The Constitution of the United States still exists and it still has the force of law in and of itself.

The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the U.S. It is the shortest and oldest written constitution of any major sovereign state.

It provides the framework for the organization and enumerates the powers of the three main branches of the United States Government, namely the legislative branch with a bicameral Congress (the House of Representatives and the Senate) , an executive branch led by the President, and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court.

It also reserves numerous rights for the individual states and thus establishes the United States’ federal system of government.

The Constitution consists of a preamble and seven original articles, 27 amendments, and a paragraph certifying its enactment by the constitutional convention in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787.

The Bill of Rights is comprised of the first 10 amendments.

All that has changed are the addition of 27 ratified amendments and 6 amendments that were passed by three-fourths of Congress but never passed by the required number of states.

Four of these non-ratified amendments have expired, and the other two are still pending, with the most recent one dated 1924.

Clearly the Constitution of the United States has been largely immutable over time. So if this is such a marvelous Constitution, what’s the problem?

The problem is that the Constitution of the United States was drawn up with the fact in mind that man is inherently selfish and evil.

For that reason it was drawn up in such a way that it is very difficult to change (see above).

There are people in the world, namely the military-industrial-financial complex of the West and the politicians who serve them, who would very much like to see the Constitution changed but cannot do so legally because of all the safeguards built into the Constitution itself.

But by ways and means that the Founding Fathers warned about, these nefarious powers have placed the Constitution under siege and the American People are having their rights and freedoms wrested from them.

The Constitution is Just a Piece of Paper: G.W. Bush

The Constitution is Attacked by Indirect Means

President Bush said it all. He claimed that the Constitution was just a piece of paper.

He, his henchman and his paymasters then went about proving it by creating unconstitutional legislation that has never been successfully challenged in the Supreme Court, which is also now compromised and in the pockets of the military-industrial-financial complex powers that be.

The legislation for security measures in terms of the War on Terror and the War on Drugs have in them blatant unconstitutional elements.

The War on Terror legislation takes away basic freedoms. Suddenly it is okay for someone to be arrested without being charged, searched without a warrant, and incarcerated indefinitely without trial.

This is as bad or worse than the conditions in South Africa and Soviet Russia at the height of their tyranny.

The War on Drugs asset forfeiture legislation makes it okay to seize people’s goods and money, and never return them, merely on the unproven suspicion of having broken the law or even having perhaps been associated with someone who may have broken the law.

Constitution Free Zone Involves Over 70% of Americans

The Bush administration also threw a cordon around America with the introduction of a so-called Constitution free zone, which comprises the outer 100 mile edge of the coast and boundaries of the U.S.

Most Americans live here. In this zone, the Constitution does not apply.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that it is okay to have a Constitution Free Zone in the United States of America.

Americans Should Fight for the Constitution

The Constitution of the United States was hard won.

The American War of Independence was one of the bloodiest wars, with the greatest loss of life, that the world has ever seen.

The framing of the Constitution by the Founding Fathers took some of the best brains America has ever had, including the inestimable Thomas Jefferson.

It is time that Americans recognized the seriousness of the situation.

The Constitution was not meant to be tampered with and that is just what is happening-by stealth.
