The Constitution of the US was Written by whom?
The Constitution of the US Was Written to be The Highest Law For The United States.
The constitution of the United States of America is the blueprint for the government and legal system of the country.
The constitution of the US was written in 1787 and was adopted by the country on September 17th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
There have been twenty seven amendments made to the constitution of the United States of America, the first ten of these are known to Americans as the Bill of Rights.
The first three articles of the constitution lay out the governmental system of the United States.
Each of the first three articles are devoted to one of the three branches of government in the United States.
The articles lay out the powers of each branch, and how it should be set up and operated.
Article one is devoted to the legislative branch, article two is regarding the executive branch, and article three the judicial branch.
The government of the United States of America is expected to abide by the limitations and provisions of the constitution, but as with anything else, it doesn’t always do what it is expected to do.
Modern Politics
For the most part, the people of the United States of America don’t take notice of modern politics.
People listen to the politicians long enough to cast their vote based on the limited time they have listened to the politician speak.
After voting, people tend to go on to other things which they have going on in their lives.
The constitution of the US was written for the purpose of guiding the politics and laws of the country.
The people need to remember why the constitution of the US was written and use that to monitor the politicians in the country.
Politicians who are campaigning for office will make promise after promise, but how many deliver on those promises?
The promises made by politicians should be kept, they should be held accountable to what they have said.
The politicians also should be monitored as to whose needs and desires they are fighting for.
The politicians who have been corrupted and are taking corporate handouts should be taken out of office and replaced with someone who will fight for the people.
Constitution
Every person in the United States of America is expected to follow the constitution.
The constitution of the US was written to be followed, not to be discarded as anyone saw fit.
The president of the United States is not exempt from this, but the last one to hold the offices operated as though he was.
The laws which were passed under the last administration were often completely against the provisions and limits of the constitution.
The laws should never have been allowed to take effect, and once they had they should have never been allowed to continue.
The new administration needs to revisit these laws and dissolve the ones which are unconstitutional.
