The Bill Gates Foundation is injecting experimental microchips in test patients along with the vaccines that they are testing. 

The nanotechnology industry has been able to create a microchip that can actually broadcast using a tiny antenna built into every microchip. 

Since the technology is new, there is no guarantee that it works which is why it is being tested on people that the elite do not regard as real people anyhow. 

If the tests prove as being successful in being able to track people, then the elite will work on creating a domestic virus that everyone will have to get a vaccine for. 

The recent epidemics in Mexico was just a way in which the elite were able to make a test run of injecting tracking chips with vaccines.
