The US Computer Surveillance System
With US Computer Surveillance System Privacy is Gone.
The computer surveillance system put in place by the US government has abolished all rights to privacy for citizens of this country.
The US government has made a case for this system by stating that it is only protecting citizens from terrorist acts.
However, in order to do what the government refers to as protection, it has access to phone calls, e-mails, text messages, and even movements of the American people.
The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution states unwarranted searches and seizures cannot occur, but with new laws passed such as HR6304, the Fourth Amendment is no longer in effect.
As the rights of the citizens of the US are stripped away the government offers more lies to explain.
Such civil rights violations should not be able to go unpunished.
Yet the former President of the US, George W. Bush, has paved the way for breaking the law and remaining untouched.
The computer surveillance system put in place has paved the way for a police state, a fascist government with too much power.
All activity by US citizens is tracked on a computer database and every action is scrutinized.
The founding fathers of this nation never wanted such a thing to happen.
They would surely be sickened if they could step foot on the soil of the US today.
Now that this system has been put in place and the president has been declared to be above the law, this system will not end naturally.
The move to fascism started with the Patriot Act, and the fascist ideals of the country will continue to grow as long as full power is given to one man or a small group of men.
Just the Beginning
People who find the thought of a computer surveillance system frightening have a lot to fear in the future with RFID.
RFID can be used to track people’s every move.
It is being used in stores as well as in passports and some credit cards and it will eventually be used in ID cards for all citizens.
A New America
The founding fathers never envisioned the US would use a computer surveillance system on its own citizens.
Now that it has one, the Constitution has become obsolete.
The Constitution cannot exist with such a system because its use is in direct violation of the guidelines of the founding fathers.
Surveillance Republic?
The US was born as a Republic so people would have freedom and rights would be protected.
The US is no longer a Republic and is now much more fascist than ever imagined.
It is not the democracy it claims to be and the rules of the Republic appear to have been revoked.
