Fascist police seem to be inevitable at this point with the growing number of surveillance cameras being added to public streets.

The change slowly emerged such that few Americans noticed that our rights were quietly being taken away.

Demonstrations and protests result in the arrest of our citizens, and invasion of privacy is being violated with unlawful search and seizures.

The targeting of citizens grows with each passing day, laws now state you can be pulled over while driving in your car without a seatbelt (motorcyclist’s don’t need to wear a helmet by law in some states), smoking with a child in the car (in certain states), and being on your cell phone (in certain states and areas).

These are a few issues that local authorities can use to violate your civil rights, and do violate on a daily basis.

Laws and acts are passed through Congress to protect the people, and since the 9/11 attacks it seems as though we are passing laws that do nothing but violate the US Constitution.

Fascist police are using these laws to attack American people and their financial stability, with tickets, lawyer fees, and court costs sometimes being thousands of dollars, Americans are left little advantage over the reigning sovereignty of the federal government.

This is exactly how they want it, little or no chance to fight back, and this is what the local authorities are aiming to accomplish, and to say the least, they are doing a pretty good job.

Having the Power to Ignore the US Constitution Goes Against Everything

American fascist police are becoming the Gestapo of the new century, by enforcing suspicion and “probable cause” among the American populace.

Racial and ethnic profiling, unwarranted search and seizures, and a blatant disregard for the rights we all have living under an American flag.

Our liberties, our rights, our freedoms will all be ignored as we are forced into this fascist state that governs all the people with no protection from the government in any form or fashion.

It is coming and is almost upon us, what will it take to wake up the American people to this injustice.

You Don’t Have to be Middle Eastern to Get a Taste of this

Next time you are driving in your car, when a cop is behind you, swerve over the yellow line a few times, drinking or not, you will get pulled over, harassed, and asked to perform a series of tests that include field sobriety, breathalyzer, and heavy interrogation as to where you were and what you were doing.

It is not their business where you were or what you were doing, and if you don’t cooperate with the tests they have the power to take your license, arrest you, and hold you until a bond is posted.

I know this is a miniscule example, but this is something that is happening in your community and your neighborhoods everyday.

Maybe it does not compare to an immigrant being harassed for terrorism, just for being in public eye sight, but most Americans are not Middle Eastern descent, and with little things like driving, it gives the federal government complete control of any suspicious situation, whether you are guilty or not.
